All individuals wanting to participate competitively in the fair as a photographer, quilter, artist, craftsman, cook, antique collector, livestock exhibitor, 4-H or FFA member, among others can pick up their handbook at the Eastern Idaho State Fair Office, local 4-H Office, or library.
